Unlike other companies that specialize in several trades or like most siding/soffit contractors who only install caulking once a week and use lower end caulking we install caulking on multiple homes each and every day.

We only use high-grade Dow Corning Silicone Caulking. Silicone generally lasts up to 3-4 times longer than other caulking so you get much better return on investment over the life of the application.
